Silver is for a bike in regular use whose cables have started to drag. You get the Bronze check and adjustments, then new inner brake and gear cables where the outers are still sound. Headset, hubs, and the bottom bracket are checked. Bolts are checked for tightness.

Are new outer cables included?
No. Silver replaces the inners and checks the outers. New outers are a separate cable job if the housing is finished.
Are the cables included in the package price?
No. The package is labour. Cables are extra.
Frame and fork modifications are not offered. E-bike work is mechanical plus limited electrical work where the job needs it.
