Mobile chain replacement in Newcastle
Chain replacement is a new chain cut to length, joined, and then the gears checked so it does not skip. We do it at your address. If the cassette is hooked and a new chain will skip, we say so before fitting a chain that will not run.

Is the chain included?
No. The price is labour. The chain is extra, whether you supply it or we do.
Should the cassette be replaced at the same time?
Often, once a chain has worn the cassette. We check and quote the cassette fitting separately before doing it.
Frame and fork modifications are not offered. E-bike work is mechanical plus limited electrical work where the job needs it.
