The Annual Care Pass is three full safety services inside 12 months, for a bike you want looked at through the year rather than once. Each visit is at your address and starts with the free M-Check. The pass is labour. Parts on any of the three visits are extra.

How do the three visits get booked?
Buy the pass once, then arrange each visit in the diary. They have to fall within 12 months of the first one.
Can I use the three services on different bikes?
No. The pass is three services for the bike named on the booking, not a voucher for three different bikes.
Frame and fork modifications are not offered. E-bike work is mechanical plus limited electrical work where the job needs it.
